1. Make It Non-Negotiable

Treat your workouts like appointments. You wouldn’t cancel a meeting with your boss, so don’t cancel on yourself. Set a schedule, block the time, and commit. Training isn’t just about the days you feel great—it’s about building the habit of showing up, no matter what.

2. Lower the Barrier

If “I don’t have time” is your go-to excuse, make it easier to say yes. Can’t do a full session? Get in 10 minutes. Need more recovery work? Go for a walk. Something will always beat nothing, and momentum builds from there.

3. Focus on the Process, Not Just the Outcome

Chasing a goal is great—until progress slows and motivation dips. Instead of fixating on the finish line, shift your focus to the work. Celebrate showing up. Celebrate small wins.
