Stephanie Fowler


EMPOWERHOUSE opened in the summer of 2015. I quit my job as a HS math teacher and fast-pitch softball coach and delved right into gym ownership. I’ve grown and learned and changed so much since then, but one thing remains the same – my mission to promote a workout environment that challenges people to be the best in all areas of their lives. I weighed 260 lbs at 18 years old. I understand the emotional challenges that come with fat loss. I also know exactly what the fitness industry will aim to sell you. We aren’t like them. I’m an RKC Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor, Dynamic Sports Performance Certified Coach, and a KBCU Level 2 Coach. I love helping people re(discover) their athleticism with the use of the kettlebell. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Texas and a Master’s Degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Come hang with us at the HOUSE!

Jess Sandman


I’m a certified Pre & Postnatal Coach through Girls Gone Strong. I help people navigate working out through pregnancy, and I also love working with people who are ready for a change. If you have never stepped into a gym or if you have been out of a movement routine for some time, I gently ease you back in showing you the MOST effective ways to move.

Annie Medico


I help people who are looking for functional training to improve their lifestyles. I am passionate in helping people move WELL, for quality of life purposes. I always focus on what we CAN DO vs. what we can’t do. Modifications are my jam and I help people understand that a strong body is essential for every day life.

Ashley Day

Barbell Coach

I help people who want to get strong in an inclusive space. (I’ll always find a way to insert a dad joke somewhere). I was a powerlifting competitor for 2 years. I love what I do and I deeply value my clients on a personal level. Catch me in the Barbell Session on Saturday mornings!

Holly Andersen

Nutrition Coach

I help people who want to become stronger and improve their lives. Since 2016, I have been actively involved in the fitness industry, working closely with individuals who share the same drive and determination to transform their bodies and enhance their overall well-being. I firmly believe that fitness is not just about physical strength, but also about cultivating a positive mindset and adopting healthy lifestyle habits. As your fitness coach, I will not only provide you with effective training routines but also valuable insights on nutrition and goal setting.

My coaching style is rooted in empathy, motivation, and accountability. I understand that everyone’s fitness journey is unique, and I am committed to tailoring my approach to suit your specific needs and goals.

Shonda Mobley


I fell in love with fitness in a group exercise setting years ago, and I still believe working out with a group is the best way to create community, build healthy habits, and find your inner strength. I’ve been coaching for over 13 years, and in addition to my personal training certifications, I hold a nutrition certification from Precision Nutrition. My favorite part of coaching is helping people make the connection between what we do in the gym and how those skills impact daily life.
