Introducing the EMPOWERHOUSE Gym team
About EMPOWERHOUSE Gym
Stephanie Fowler
I weighed 260 lbs at 18 years old. I understand the emotional challenges that come with fat loss. I also know exactly what the fitness industry will aim to sell you. We aren’t like them. I’m an RKC Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor, Dynamic Sports Performance Certified Coach, and a KBCU Level 2 Coach. I love helping people re(discover) their athleticism with the use of the kettlebell. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Texas and a Master’s Degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Come hang with us at the HOUSE!
Jess Sandman
I’m a certified Pre & Postnatal Coach through Girls Gone Strong. I help people navigate working out through pregnancy, and I also love working with people who are ready for a change. If you have never stepped into a gym or if you have been out of a movement routine for some time, I gently ease you back in showing you the MOST effective ways to move.
Annie Medico
I help people who are looking for functional training to improve their lifestyles. I am passionate in helping people move WELL, for quality of life purposes. I always focus on what we CAN DO vs. what we can’t do. Modifications are my jam and I help people understand that a strong body is essential for every day life.
Holly Andersen
I firmly believe that fitness is not just about physical strength, but also about cultivating a positive mindset and adopting healthy lifestyle habits. As your fitness coach, I will not only provide you with effective training routines but also valuable insights on nutrition and goal setting.
My coaching style is rooted in empathy, motivation, and accountability. I understand that everyone’s fitness journey is unique, and I am committed to tailoring my approach to suit your specific needs and goals.
Shonda Mobley
My favorite part of coaching is helping people make the connection between what we do in the gym and how those skills impact daily life.
Michele Purvey
I have been a part of this amazing community for 6 years and recently obtained my Level 1 Dynamic Sports Performance Coaching Certification. I am here to help acclimate our new members to what we do here at Empowerhouse. It is my goal that every person who walks through these doors leaves each session feeling strong and accomplished. Let’s work together to unlock your full potential and make fitness a sustainable part of your life!
Addie Buchner
I fell in love with group strength training when I first joined EMPOWERHOUSE Gym in 2017! After years of treating exercise as a punishment and means to shrink my body, I now find joy in working out to gain functional strength! As your Client Success Manager, I am passionate about building community and making everyone feel welcome. I hope to help others find joy in movement, connect with our incredible community, and celebrate their wins every step of the way!
