Strength Training Group Session

This group session contains strength exercises without an interval clock. We will place heavy emphasis on using proper technique to build a stronger you.

Circuit Training Group Session

This session uses multiple timed working stations to keep you moving along differently than on strength days. A mix of strength training, body weight exercises, and explosive finishers.

Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning

Let’s go to the next level with your kettlebell skills! We’ll incorporate hardstyle skills + olympic movement skills – all with the kettlebell.

Barbell Basics

Barbell Basics is a 1 hour class focusing on barbell lifts. You will use other modalities, too, but with a focus on the big 3 – the barbell squat, the barbell deadlift, and the barbell bench press.
